“Against you and you only have I sinned, and done what is evil in your perspective, so that you are right in accusing me and justified in passing sentence.”
Tehillim (Psalms ) 51:4
A minister once defined to me that Justified meant that God sees me as though I never sinned. I was so ecstatic about this I picked it up and ran with it for years. But after careful research of the scriptures, I realized that nothing was further from the truth. He sees me with sin lock stock and barrel.
So what exactly do we mean by being “justified”? . Webster defines justified as being declared guiltless, to be valid (validated??) . But if Elohim sees me as sinful how can I be guiltless?
Galatians 3:24, 25 introduces us to Master Torah. Now you have to think British School system and every “master” has a “Grand Master” or “Head Master” who in this case is Master Elohim Him self (May His name be exalted forever) .
Now many “Christians” will start a Grace vs. law debate, but we refrain from entertaining this notion as no teacher would quarrel with the Principal. In the first count Elohim is justified in condemning us. He created the rules to benefit us yet we do not heed them causing them to be burdensome. To make matters worse we have “teachers” instructing us to just plainly ignore the rules. This only serves to cause feelings of dispair and we think Yah has forgotten us . But with all the messages of dispair where is the hope?
“Therefore being made righteous by faith we will have peace with Elohim through our master Y’shua the Mashiyach.”
Romans 5:1 <AENT>
“For the heart that believes in Him (Y’shua) is made righteous, and the mouth that confesses Him is restored to life”
Romans 10:10 <AENT>
We should never confuse the Aramaic word “rashiaa” which means wickedness with “Zedika” which means righteous. The fact that Y’shua died for sinners speaks volumes for itself. As “Torah Keepers” of his day had no dealings with wickedness, or uncleanness. Yet they as part of Torah were to reach out to the Goyem as we had been banished and were to be restored. Y’shua ate amongst us, drank with us, talked to us, in such gave us the hope of restoration and redemption. False religions do nothing but keep the people in slavery, and remove any hope for humanity. Then we continually “miss the mark” (sin) because we are not properly trained.
“We there for conclude that it is by faith a man is being made righteous and not the works of the Torah.”
Romans 3:28
