The Bible: Precious To My Soul
The Bible claims exclusivity for its teaching, divine inspiration for its origin, sufficiency and completeness for its ability, and reads in such a way as to be absolutely authoritative and determinative for all matters of life and practice. Eternal life is its gift and eternal destruction its promise to all who would reject its most holy and divine content. I found it to be a treasure of unimaginable proportions. It has become the most precious possession that I have, and has been sweeter to my soul and heart than any other words ever spoken to me from the mouth of any person.
