Secure in His Grasp

You and I are on a great climb.The wall is high,and the stakes are higher.You took your first step the day you confessed Christ as the Son of God.He gave you His harness-the Holy Spirit.In your hands He placed a rope-his Word.Your first steps were confident and strong,but with the journey came weariness,and with the height came fear.You lost your grip,and you fell. for a moment,which seemed like forever,you tumbled wildly.Out of control.Out of self-control.Disoriented.Dislodged.Falling.But then the rope tightened,and the tumble ceased.You hung in the harness and found it to be strong.You grasped the rope and found it to be true.And though you can't see your guide,you know him.You know he is strong.You know he is able to keep you from falling.

Comment by maria on August 11, 2010 at 9:54am: yes i been there feeling (Out of self-control.Disoriented.Dislodged.Falling)thank GOD that HIS spiritual Armor, harness, rope He does not take away, for HE has the power to, but He just doesn't, he Trusts us that much to have hope and faith in us that we will use it and keep it for safety in these very difficult days we live in without seeing him like our body form. Satan does not stop harassing us, but whats BIGGER than that? is that GOD does NOT LEAVE US Either! GOD Will Not ever strip us from His Armor that He gave us for Protection from Satan. Matter of Fact: Satan Fears GOD, He knows His Day is short and coming, He knows GOD is Not Happy with him. So beware whom is out here in this world with me striving to find truth, that Satan wants to keep the true Word from us, remember always: Father GOD made it simple for us to "Live"that's If we Live off only GOD'S Fruits He has chosen for for Us to Eat of Only!! (GOD BLESS ALL BROKEN ROADS)Keep the path to Him clean, wide and beautiful just as you keep your home and yard, for clutter and filth and not mowing down weeds will cause us not to see true paradise! from Our One and Only Father GOD!!!!!!!
