Oh Praise Him

I came across this absolutely awesome video on MySpace. I pray that all of us that follow the Lord Jesus Christ may be as transparent in our testimony and witness for Him as this young man. And why shouldn't we be? Why is it so hard for some Christians to openly express their faith in Christ outside their church or Christian peers? Is it fear of being laughed at or thought foolish? Being rejected by our friends and family as strange or worst of all, "un-cool"?

As the Apostle Paul points out in 1 Cor 4:10-13, we should be considered, "fools for Christ's sake", if we are truly disciples and apostles of Jesus Christ. Earlier, in Chapter 1 & verse 18 of the same Epistle we are reminded that, "The Word of the Cross is foolishness to them that are perishing" but ""the power of God" for those seeking salvation. There should be joy in our hearts every day for the love and grace that has been poured out by God through Christ Jesus. Praise should ever be on our tongues for the wonderful gift of salvation that He has made available, not just for us but for all who choose to believe.
