just thinking!

I recently joined a ministry dedicated to stand against divorce. I have come to learn that I’m not alone in this. There are lots of believers suffering, families are being torn apart thru separation and divorce. It has touch my hart in a grate way. This world has convinced us that it’s ok to get a divorce and leave your family. It’s an attack from Satan himself on Gods plans for marriage. All around the world kids, husbands, wives the testimony of Jesus himself is hurting over this. I see it this way, if we are sad confused and suffering we are not able to spread his word effectively. Its because the hardness of our harts (matt.19:8) that we want to get divorce and act against Gods will. This is my prayer request that we has believers wood obey the word of God, and what he says about this matter. Proverbs3:5. in all our ways we need to trust in God and stop rationalizing his word to fit our own selfish desire. God have mercy on us.

Comment by Dany Carrion on October 14, 2009 at 7:43pm: I cant say sis, but I say if the abuse is fisical get out you cant take it leave and pray that God change him. the bible says the beleiver is not under bondige in that case. for men we are comanded to love our wife like he loves his church. and what havent we done and he stills Loves us. adultry neglect and abuse has men we are comanded to show love thats my take on it.

Or for that matter a man even for they to suffer from this kind of abuse. How would you minster to someone wanting out of a marriage filled with abuse? It is a common question among us who have left just for that reason.
