IN STEP WITH GOD
"If God can bring blessing from the broken body of Jesus and glory from something that's as obscene as the cross, He can bring blessing from my problems and my pain and my unanswered prayer. I just have to trust Him."
So far so good, I have walk the good walk with GOD for a short while now. It's the happiest that I have walked in a long time. I have lost some friends along the way and picked up some new ones and old ones that i haven't talked to in a while. I have been tested and my faith has been questioned by those who do not understand the work of GOD and what he can bring you through. When someone not of GOD see's you walking with the Lord and happy with that walk, they want to destroy the GOD in you, they want to break you.( they want the old you back) But what we have to understand is that not every body isn't suppose to go where you need to go.
"They are darkend in their understanding and seperated from the life of GOD because of the ignorance that is in them due to the hardening of their heart"
Ephesians 4:18-19
Every one is not going to be happy with your change. I have come to realize that, some people(or friends, family, whoever) want you to be just as unhappy as they are in their life misery loves company. Don't jump to get angry that people dont understand who you are. because gettin mad is only the devil and in your time of getting angry we sin
"In your anger do not sin, do not let the sun go down while you are still angry and do not give the devil a foothold." Ephesians 4:26-27
I turned to ephesians for strength, i didn't know how to handle loosing so many people that i have come to love as friends. God was showing me to let those that doubted me, not get the best of me because this is what is to come walkin the walk with Jesus. This is what to exspect out of bein a child of God
"You were taught, with regard to your former way of life to put off your old self. which is being corrupted by it's deceitful desires" Ephesians 4:21-23

Our walk with the Lord is a personal walk and no two walks are the same because each one of us is an individual and has come to Jesus in many different ways. People that are just plain miserable want to be that way by choice because they have no understanding of the Joy of Gods Spirit. These are the type of people that Satan loves to use against us whether they be family or friends he will use whatever he can to try and bring us down to his level and what better way then to use those around us. Should we hate these people....no because of Gods love he has showed us how to love and pray for even our enemies and to forgive those who persecute us daily Matthew 22:36-40.
Mat 7:13 Enter ye in at the strait gate: for wide is the gate, and broad is the way, that leadeth to destruction, and many there be which go in thereat:
Mat 7:14 Because strait is the gate, and narrow is the way, which leadeth unto life, and few there be that find it.
