Day 4 of 40: An Open Heaven

God's in the business of fufilling his word. Are you standing on one of the many promises of God? If yes, then you can be assured that "if first your obedience" 2 Cor 10:6 God is FAITHFUL to keep his promises. If no, I invite you to identify a promise of God and begin to live in such a way until it comes to pass. There is no greater joy than seeing God fulfill his word - amen?!

TODAY, the Volunteer Ambassador for Orphans & Children for HARVEST FOR HUMANITY INTERNATIONAL (HHI) called and woke me up to share great news. I was sleeping late from a spiritual hangover resulting from my encounter with the Prophetess yesterday. Her prophetic impartation sent me into a tailspin of praise and prayer. I was praisin and prayin at every turn. The power of God was so strong yesterday I couldn't control it when I tried. We were driving from Oceanside to SanDiego for a church conference and the driver asked me to pray before we got on the freeway. I let loose and didn't hold back. I started praying with everything in me and the fire of God started to rise up in that vehicle and the driver got so excited she let go of the wheel, and the passenger in the front seat grabbed it and said you want me to drive. From the back seat I shouted "Jesus Take the Wheel", no pun intended. For those of you none American Idol fans you probably don't get it. "Jesus Take the Wheel" is a song that the winner of American Idol won one of those big awards for. Ok, ok. Bottom line, yesterday I praised and prayed my way into exhaustion. Have you ever had a spritual hangover? I never even though of it until I tried to get up the next morning and my body was saying "STAY IN THE BED". Only happens to folks over 40 I suppose.

Well, back to Jessica our Ambassador. First, she did a fundraiser for HHI a couple of weeks ago that was a tremendous success. The goal was to raise money for her trip to Africa, she's only 21 mind you and not saved, and to support the charity administratively. She raised over $1500 - hallelujah! At the fundraiser we debuted the Jessica Molina Designs, "I AM" Bracelets. This was an idea she had over two years ago. She wanted to make these bracelets for the Children in Africa to remind them that someone loves them, cares about them and is working on their behalf. Unfortunately, there was no available platform to ignite her passion to do this. Everything has changed. Remember, HHI is the place where we encourage you to walk in your purpose, which naturally generates passion and that turns into action. If you don't have much going on you may not be walking in your purpose. I don't think Jessica has any idea how strong I AM is as it relates to the Word of God. She is going to be pretty shocked when God releases me to reveal it to her. Did you know there are 7 "I AM" SELF-DESIGNATIONS OF JESUS CHRIST in the Bible? Just in case you didn't here they are...

Jessica's goal is to sell 100. My goal for HHI is thousands being sold. They are a minimum donation of $25 for two. One you keep and the other goes to a Child in Africa, unless you choose to send both. Check out our website at www.harvestforhumanity.org where you can order them online.

Then Jessica informed me that someone wants to DONATE TWO LAPTOPS for us to take to Africa in August (we'll provide you with our wish list in the next couple of days). They need computers like nobody's business. She was squeeling with excitment and so was I. By then I was totally awake and ready to get to work. We have a need for at least 10 laptops, pentium, CD/DVD drives and web cameras. You have no idea how a computer changes the very landscape of a village. For the first time ever, through the laptop we sent over a couple of months ago, the children saw their first Bible story DVD - glory be to God! It saves hours of walking, using costly fuel, cell phone minutes and a host of other expenses that are incurred because the communication tools they have are so outdated. Plus, they become tools for accessing knowledge related to the Bible. Imagine you have no books, but you got a computer with access to every library in the world and the internet. You can listen to sermons, read until the world ends. Think, it's endless.

Here's s the most exciting part of all this. We have an arrangement with God inside this 40 day period to see His word come to life, through provision. Everyday we are expecting to give birth to something, big or small, but something for sure. So far, it's day 4 and God is coming out strong...to be continued
