Hello...
The last september I put this same blog but in Spanish "El paso del tiempo", so I was thinking that it will be a blessing for you if I could put it in English. Blessings
I wish that you are enjoying the blessings of our God, together with your family.
Well I hope that this be a blessing to you as it was for me.
The Bible says in Ecclesiastes 3:1:
"there is a time for everything, and season for every activity under… Continue

The year started with Dad going to two different nursing homes after I had to have him rushed back to the hospital before Christmas of 2008. In April, Dad came home and we started hospice care and living out of the living room. I am sure we had gotten a good couch for the living room! My back isn't killing me yet!
Being the sole caregiver for Dad, I had to work from home and work flexible jobs close to home. So I worked at getting promoted to full travel agent with YTB International…

2010
As we look back on the year past
There were good times and there were bad
I do not focus on what was but praise the happy times that were had
I look forward with my glass half full
And my heart full of mirth
And bid a joyous farewell to 2009
And welcome my rebirth
A brand new year around the bend
A time of merriment and friends
Whatever comes and whatever may be
The future is full of possibilities !

For the first time in almost 20 years, a bright "blue moon" will grace New Year's Eve celebrations worldwide. (
Take a moon myths quiz.)
If the skies are clear, revelers looking up at midnight will get an eyeful of the second full moon of the month--commonly called a blue moon. The last time a blue moon appeared…

REMEMBRANZAS DE FIN DE AÑO
DICIEMBRE
DIA 31

Can somebody show me WHERE in the New Testament are we told to "tithe" to the church...
Look at how the money we are so fervently "donating to good cause" is being spent at our local churches: flat screens, cars, bigger buildings, nicer lounges/pews, more fantastical life styles for preachers and "coworkers" at the church, etc.
Now, while considering all this, go to this link, and read what you feel like reading. Then reply and tell me what you think.…

Be Fruitful and Multiply
Genesis 1:22 - And God blessed them saying, “Be fruitful and multiply”.
From the beginning of creation, Gods plan for Man was to Be Fruitful and multiply. To bring increase in all the He does. Today, the mandate is the same for Man as it was over 6,000 years ago.
The Mandate ……………..
Adam & Eve - Genesis 1:27,28 … So God created man in His own image; in the image of God He created him; male and female He created…

As I said this is the seventh blog, the Lord has told me to start and I think it may be the most important right now. Like many of you, I am on a wilderness journey and in this blog He is saying tell people how your journey looks. Hopefully, it will be an encouragement.
As I look back over the year, I'm relieved that those times have past and looking back they don't seem that hard. Maybe that is the point of those times that stretch you. The next time you are confronted…

Members of a Wisconsin family aboard a Northwest Airlines flight in which a Nigerian man allegedly tried to set off an explosive on Christmas Day said their faith helped them endure the ordeal. The Keepman family's nearly 30-hour journey started with the adoption of two orphans from Ethiopia. But near the end of their flight back to the United States, they tried to stave off the fear from the attempted bombing by holding hands and singing "Jesus…

DICIEMBRE

Our Need by Joe La Bianca
Hebrews 7:26
Such a high priest meets our need - one who is holy, blameless, pure, set apart from sinners, exalted above the heavens.
Jesus meets our needs. We have needs, you know. If you don’t know this, you are deceived. If you do, there is real hope for you.
What needs of ours are met by Jesus? Well first, Jesus is holy. How is the holiness of Jesus a need of ours? Don’t we need our own holiness? We have no holiness, people. All have…

Annette and Rick Macias got an early Christmas present this year. The couple owns Christian Connection, a Merced book and gift store that stocks Christian items. For the past 16 years, they've run the store and had fun doing it.
But the economy slammed the little store hard, and the Maciases made the decision to move the store from a 6,000-square-foot store at the Merced Mall to a much smaller area on the corner of Olive and G streets in…
