About Me: The Lord Jesus Christ is my Commanding Officer! The Holy Bible is my code of conduct! Faith, prayer and the Word are my weapons of warfare! I have been taught by the Holy Spirit, trained by experience, tried by adversity and tested by fire! I am a volunteer in this army, and I am enlisted for eternity! I will either retire in this army at the rapture or die in this Army; but I will not get out, sell out, be talked out, or pushed out. I am faithful, reliable, capable and dependable! If my God needs me, I am there! If He needs me in Sunday school, to teach children, work with youth, help adults or just sit and learn, He can use me, because I am there! I am a soldier! I am not a baby! I do not need to be pampered, petted, primed up, pumped up, picked up, or pepped up! I am a soldier! I am not a wimp! I am in place, saluting my King, obeying His orders, praising His name, and building His kingdom! No one has to send me flowers, gifts, food, cards, candy or give me handouts! I do not need to be cuddled, cradled, cared for, or catered to! I am committed! I cannot have my feelings hurt bad enough to turn me around! I cannot be discouraged enough to turn me aside! I cannot lose enough to cause me to quit! When Jesus called me into this army, I had nothing! If I end up with nothing, I will still break even! I will win! My God will supply all my needs! I am more than a conqueror! I will always triumph! I can do all things through Christ! Devils cannot defeat me! People cannot disillusion me! Weather cannot weary me! Sickness cannot stop me! Battles cannot beat me! Money cannot buy me! Governments cannot silence me, and hell cannot handle me! I am a soldier! Even death cannot destroy me! For when my Commander calls me from this battlefield, He will promote me to a captain and then bring me back to rule this world with Him! I am a soldier, in the army, and I'm marching, claiming victory! I will not give up! I will not turn around! I am a soldier, marching heaven bound! Here I stand! Will you stand with me?

My Testimony: I was the scum of the world. I hurt people without conscience. I was the thing nightmares are made of. By the time i turned 16 i was prison bound for 17 1/2 years for nearly killing another human being. I was just a stupid lil boy that didnt have correct upbringing and too many bad outside influences mainly drugs and lack of spirituality. I ended up doing 10 1/2 out of the 17 1/2 years in prison. About 7 or 8 years into my incarceration I found myself in an unimaginable circumstance that had to have been brought about by God. It was through that that I developed a relationship with God. I am just a man and so I still fail and fall short all the time still but in my heart I dont want to. I want to be right with Him and bring glory to His name. I want to help and serve people rather then hurting or degrading them. One day when I stand before Him as we all will I want Him to be proud of who I have become and am becoming everyday. My sins are forgiven me, the past is no more, now I am building my treasure in the Kingdom of God. We are all children of God and joint heirs with Christ. It is our duty to spend the Gospel and lead by example, as the Lord Himself did. We need to be mirrors of Christ to others in everything we say do and are. We all have a purpose and regardless if we are willing to fulfill it or not God's greater plan will be done. If we are in true fellowship with God He will guide us in the right direction. Blessings are promised if we are in true fellowship. Damnation is promised if we are not, but either way God's will be done. Heaven or hell, right or wrong, good or bad, the choice is ours. We can play the fools role and pretend we didnt or dont know what we are doing wrong, we can even fool ourselves, but we can't fool God who knows our hearts, our every thought. We all have a conscience, that lil voice that says 'no dont do this or this is really mean', if we ignore it long enough it'll become silent and the Holy Spirit will no longer give us guidance. God will let us dig ourselves so deep that when we get to the bottom we only have Him to look up to. We can't change circumstances rather circumstances change us.God is love in the only pure form, He is perfect and cannot do evil. He wants us to do and be right with Him so when our purpose/life is over we can be with Him in heaven forever. We all have the choice, this life is the test, it's so very tough at times and it all leads to making us into who we need to be to endure what ever purpose we have here. We all have the choice to be in His 'will' or our own, either way His purpose for each of our lives will be fulfill regardless. So we might as well reap the blessing along the way and inherit paradise when our lives are over. Don't wait, dont hold out, life is tough and tomorrow isn't promised to us we never know when our last day will be, what if we wait to long and miss out. God never changes, He is the same yesterday, today and forever. He gave us His word so we know our responsibilities, there are no exceptions to the law/His word. We can't change the 'Word' to fit what we want, we have to change 'us' to fit the Word. No exceptions! No pretending! No other way! Getting right with God is the only way. Love the Lord with all you mind, heart and soul. There is no other way.
