my tiny amount of native american heritage is ojibwe, but I wasn't raised in the culture. The only piece of it that I know that we live is the "cooking pot always being on" and available." instead of usually planned meals. We eat when we're hungry. Of course, our version is just the "open kitchen". And this works because my youngest are teenagers now. When my grandkids visit, they get to eat whenever they are hungry, too.
I did one "caving" trip in Missouri, LONG time ago. loved it. Not into any extreme sports any more. Except now I'm learning how to skate board. Broke a bone in my wrist just before Thanksgiving, and just got cleared to leave off my brace off this week. halleluYAH!!
