- I have been born-again for well over 20 years...however my walk with God has been more than rocky....cause i always believed i was merited on my works....which really fall short so much of the time...and not until a few years back did the Holy Spirit, I believe reveal to me, its not about me and what I do..it is about Jesus and what He already did....2000 years ago...
I have now come to realize the Bible is true...lol..go figure....For by Grace are u saved thru Faith, and that not of urselves, it is a GIFT of God, not of works lest any man should boast....Eph...2:8
I struggled with bondages for years, tobacco, alcohol and drugs....but God in His infinite wisdom reached down my throat and pulled the desires out......so dont go to try to overcome temptations..lol....heck we all know we will fall short...go after God to deliver u from the desire....dont waste ur time trying to be good....just trust in the Holy Spirit....
So if there is anyone out there that struggles with bondages of anykind and u think u cant win cause u just fall and fall....look me up and talk to me....if u have trusted in jesus christ as ur savior....u r fine...dont let people and tradition tell u ...u have to do anything....except trust Jesus christ.....God bless you
