About Me

Ok so what to say about myself...I live back in Shelton (a place I swore after leaving I'd never live again..lol), I am a nanny, I love my family and friends, I am obsessed with The Office, I love the Lord with all my heart and soul, I love yankee candle, swedish fish (the red ones), starbucks, flipflops, lip gloss, folding laundry, movies, and music (I'm a little obsessed with that as well), I love SNL and I don't want to hear ANYONE say "that show hasn't been any good since the 70's" because I will prove you wrong..and never talk to you again!! I love going to yard sales, laughing, eating popcorn, cooking, watching The FoodNetwork, anything on TLC, sneezing, the color pink, raindrops that keep falling on my head! I hate clowns and roller coasters and if you send a clown my way..I may cry and don't ask me to ride a roller coaster because I get super emotional!! I don't know what else to say..if you know me, than you know these things..if you don't and you want to..stop by and say hi!!

My Testimony

I was born and raised Assemblies of God, I grew up singing in church, writing/performing skits for my youth group, etc...I knew that I loved the Lord and that I did want to serve Him...however, I walked away for a few years and did my own thing..finding that the world has NOTHING to offer me! I came back to the Lord and realized that I never really had my own relationship with Him. I just did and said what I thought I should do and say..(going through the motions if you will) .and for the first time in my life, I fell head over heels in love with Jesus and that is where I want to stay! I have learned so much the past few years about His faithfulness, grace, and forgiveness! I learned that He NEVER left me and that through those years I spent rebelling, He was still loving me and protecting me and patiently waiting for me to come back...and now I attend Calvary Chapel of Shelton and I LOVE it!
