About Me

My name is Steve Green , have a lovely wife Christy,we were blessed with one daughter named Ashley. We live on a mini farm. I'm as country as poke salad and corn bread. I make a living by the sweat of my of my brow by doing carpentry work. In my spare time I plant a garden and can the reward's . we live in the Appalachian mountains of North GA.

My Testimony

GOD has done so many things in my life . I don't were to began so bear with me it may take a while because I'm a very slow to type.=) Jesus came into my life when I was a small boy(12 yrs old) It was at V.B.S. At first I did not like Vacation Bible School. I did not know it was going to be the start of the foundation blocks of my life (thanks to mom and the limb I went) Obedience is a great thing
In the summer months growing up . I would help my uncle ole in the hay fields. he quote scriptures from the bible ( i tried to Listen but to tired for it to sink in) so the work went on. He was a old timer their not many like him!
Later in life (sowing the oats) I verd away .I started to going down the wrong road .I was smoking pot, drinking ,doing all kinds of drugs and meeting all kinds of different people . I was not a mean person just going down the path. The lord was still there he never left I was the one that went to graze in other places.
Along the way I meet my wife ( Christy ) she and I got back in church and were baptized at an old pond , became members at the old church called Millsaps, were we still attend
GOD blessed us with one girl ( now at the age of 16 ) We tried to raise her in the best way, she is such a good girl . ( to be continued)
