About Me

I am a single mother of 2. Completely blessed by my Father always. I love to serve my Father in anyway I am lead because that is my purpose on this earth. My sister and I share a place with our children, and together we are growing in faith and encouraging eachother daily. I look forward to meeting many more people in their spiritual walk with Christ and hope to encourage others and learn more.

My Testimony

I was brought up Catholic and never really new who Jesus was?! I began going to Baptist church in MO when I was 19 and finally began to learn who He was and what He did for me. I recieved Jesus into my heart at the age of 20, although I was still not a changed person. Through my 20's I did not fully give my self to my Father and lived to serve myself and others. I had moved a few times back to California and not until 2 years ago did I start getting back to church and going to bible study with people I did not really know. I really began studying His Truth and sharing my faith with family and friends. I Thank you Lord as I continue to grow in Your Truth!

Favorite Activities

When I am not working and cleaning. I enjoy spending time with my kids. We go swimming, go for walks, go to the park, watch movies, play board games, go shopping. I like to go for hikes. Sometimes thats hard to do with kids cause usaully they want to be held : )

Favorite Music / Movies / Tv Shows / Books

I really enjoy Christian music because its clean, encouraging, and good time to praise the Lord when I am not praising Him through prayer. I like DC Talk, Jars of Clay, Stellar Kart, Switchfoot, Tenth Ave North and others who's names I am unsure of. I also like listening to other upbeat music. I like a lot of movies, no horror! Comedy/romance/mystery. I really like August Rush. I don't watch much Tv but if I doI like Smallville, CBN, and whatever catches my eye. I don't read to often unless its the Bible. I am reading How to Raise Godly Tomatoes. I read a really great book from Max Lucado "In the Grip of Grace"..definitely recommend it!

Favorite Quotations

My favorite verses in the bible are Phillipians 4:4-7. So many more great ones but I use this scripture in prayer often! Also 4:9!
