- yo yo.... what it is it's the kidd rezrek the next best thing out the east coast,i'm from brooklyn,new york.....and my home town's providence,rhode island is where i rep to death,......all my life i've been into music,since my father bought a boom box in the 1980's i been jaming to all kind of music...but my father was into his haitian and jamaican song's...yes(the kidd is pure 100 percent hatian...(sa kap fet)lol....but yeah man i love music,not a specific genre neither,i love music in general,i even be singing a song that's in a different language if i like the rhytm,melody,or the chorus sometime...music is my thing i love it,love it,love it ......more than you can imagine....(lol)....at age 5-7 my father told me i use to repeat word's after hearing a song i like,then i started to make beats behind bucket's,cooking pot's and pan's using kitchen knife's,spoon's,fork's as drum stick's....funny huh (i know lol)that was kidd rezie gaining his skill's,i barely remember those time's.....my mom died when i was about 3 years of age ,with a baby inside of her.....so now i happen to be her last one... my mother has 3 kid's including me...the first one is a girl,which i dont know,my pop's said the last time i seen her i was about 3 or 4 years old.....her second is a boy,and he's deaf...i came third with no defect's which i thank god every living day for this blessing.......too see that i can hear and understand music and my brother cant,i grew up with my deaf brother,but not my sister,she had a different father for that matter.......my father brought 6 of his kid's from port-au-prince,haiti in fall 1994 ......to get us into a position to be succesfull in the future....i thank him every time i hear from him because of that effort......he never abandoned us....but always been strick,about everything.....i was 8 years old when i steped foot into the united states,i was'nt school on how the country was,the law or even to know this is not a place to take for granted at my younger years....i've learn from my up's and down's and experience's with life,then i started school,always been smart,never got left back,i only had to attend summer school once in middle school,i did most of my school years in new york and did a year in grover cleveland middle school,and a year in jeremiah e. burke in boston,mass........when i started going to shool music was'nt always around,my house was always quiet my step mother was jehovah witness,we started going to church for a little while,till we started getting bad like not listening,not wanting to go,thinking's it's corny,boring....and why are we going if my friend's and they parent's dont go there.....believe me i swallow my word's till this day hope my sibblings are doing the same...because with out god nothing's possible....now it came to the late 1990's,i beeing more into sports like basket ball and such,i started to hear hip hop music,because of my older brother(which who pass away oct,06,2008 r.i.p boy)....he was my father's first born he died of cancer....because of that experience i stop smoking cigarets or you can say tobacco period,he was also an alcoholic but he had quit it,but he could'nt stop the smoking,he came from smoking newports,to kool's because newport's got to strong for his lung's........but any way may god be with him where ever his at,because of him i know and love hip hop,and happen to adopt music back into my life........he use to play artist's like wu-tang clan,biggie small's,onyx,the fugees and more....but out of all these guys i was really into method man,biggie small's,and tupac's music,i went all the way with biggie because he was from around the corner from me,i understood him more and felt his passion for music.......he made remixes to song's that was't hip hop and made it hip hop,he open my mind and my eyes.....while my parent's look'ed at rap as a bad thing,i look'ed at it as my dream,like i can do this,this is me,it describe's my whole demeanor,i cant lie like puff daddy said (and when you hear a song make sure you hear it right dont make an ass out of your self by assuming my music keeps you movin what are you proving)i was geetin hip hop twisted i thought it was a way to be bad,rude,and ignorant to be respected,guess what i was wrong,over my teenage years,ive learnt to understand the full potential of hip hop music,and as for r and b i thought it was alway's for the girls and for the grown and sexy,i was also wrong....i got to r and b music because my step sister love'd to sing,she like'd the fugee's alot she use to always play laurin hill,track's and verses over and over.....and back then her and my lil step brother use to write song's together thinking to my self i can do this too......some time i'll join them in writing some time's i'll be in to my sega genesis with my other brothers......my step sister once said she could of got signed by wyclef at 16 years old but her mother didnt want that life for her so she loss the apportunity.....and that what clicked into my head to make it big in the music industry,and it help me to look at my parent's different......how they did not see in to her dream's but only what they suggest and have plan for her,she graduated high shool,and college,and still this day she still want a show the world her talent and her beautiful voice,as for me i didnt graduate high shool,i play'ed the block,getting into thing i shoulndt been in........it only made me better and wiser about life and in what i'm doing.......i school'ed my self growing up.....my dad was always out and i was alway's home with my brothers and sisters doing what ever we want.....so we was always out side being bad.......and run back in when the parents are home.....at 16 years old i visited my birth place,and whaen i came back to the u.s i look'ed at it different,i started to use and not abuse my apportunity to be succesfull,i seen fortune,life,wealth,and more.........i started wring rhymes like crazy on other artist's beat's my song's half the time would sound better then the original song,because i fill and fit the beat,plus what i say is everything you'll want o hear........got a chance to record at a local studio in 2005 in central falls rhode island,i did a mixtape(B-4 Vol.1) with big dreamers ent. for $380 with 16 track's,to tell you the truth i use to look at it as a loss but now i look at it as an experience,i still had my own sound but it sounded like any other rapper trying to get signed,or already signed,it gave me recognition,and not fame,learnt from my mistake and got my own studio in 2008,and started making beats,recording and mixes but i never stoped writing after the mixtape,it just made me want to be more different,on the swagg,the flow,and the beats.So i came out with another mixtape(the best of Rez Rek)in spring 2008 in rhode island which include's every free style,song's,beat i've did around that time period and before,with big dreamers.and (talk-a-da-town ent),which i found in(2005)......Then i expended to having my first born in dec-2007,and got more agressive that's why i got the studio,like i have to accomplish my dream's so i can tell my son if i did it,you can do it,in being what ever you wanting to be......you digg lol......i've met and giving florida,fabolous,and fat joe beats spring to summer 2009 in providence rhode island,and started to get fame plus recognition because of my hot 106.3 fm radio free style battles and show's,well what else is there to say i'm the next best thing can you smell it,feel it,breath it lol just kidding show me love and support when the album drop because i'm just like you but different.....in a good way.....if i'm missing anything send me a message i'll be
