What would you say is your Spiritual gift?
God uses me by means of Empathy and Wisdom most often.

My name is Rev. Richard Ramsey, but everyone calls me Rev. Shrimpy. I"m a 24 year old Non-Denominational minister who's ministry is in Spirtiual Advise. I'm an open-minded truth seeker with a strong foundation in faith, i live my life working for God helping those who most people would never try to reach. People like to describe me as a "Punk-Rock Man of God" I believe the two strongest and most wonderfull gifts God has ever given us to share with eachother if Love and Laughter. You're never closer to God than when your loving and laughing. :)
NEWS: Earlier this year i went into the hospital because i had a discoloration on my torso, the doctor said that without specialist tests he couldn't be sure, but it looked like Skin Cancer. I cannot afford a specialist, so i basicly lived with the thought "if i die of skin cancer...i'll know i had skin cancer." I talked to a member of my church about it and they paid to have me sent to a specialist. I did not have Cancer, but i did have an equaly dangerous illness. I've been praying and taking treatments for it and it seems that i'm going to be just fine. I've had my share of physical life-threatening situations...but this was the first one where i honestly wasn't sure if i was going to make it, or if i even wanted to. I apreciate the prayers from my fellow believers, and i honestly know that it was because of that prayer that i'm still around to help others. :)

I wanted to say Happy Easter to you,And thank God for sending his only begotten Son,for he was pierced for our transgressions,he was crushed for our iniquities;the punishment that brought us peace was upon him,and by his wounds we were healed.
I want to thank you for all you support, and comments and especially your prayers....
Christ has Risen.......Amen

Hi...I am just reading this, and I do remember you! Have you moved back to WV?
My husband died in February while in Hospice Care. He is now with our Lord, and at peace!

Wow your poems sure are emotional! If they all are something like that I could understand why you would wish to keep them private. Thank you for sharing them with me; I feel as if I know you a little better. I used to struggle with letting others read my work but I have since got out of that phase. I grew up in a household where my mom was always busy so my brother watched over my sister and I. He believed if he was mean to us we'd "toughen up." That idea worked on my sister but never on me, but I couldn't cry in front of him for it would only fuel his cruelty. That's why I started writing. I never had many friends or anybody really to talk to about my emotions. I now am a very open person and that's probably why I haven't written a poem in months!
