- I am 49, married , no children of my own. My career for the past 24 years has been in Information Technology in a variety of progressively responsible technical and management positions.
In fact, I earned the nickname "Krash" on my very first technology job. Okay you ask, "how did you earn that nickname?"...Well, I can say it had nothing to do with the day I hit a couch with my car.....(this is a very funny story if someone is in need of humor someday)......nor did it have anything to do with the day I busted my nose bluff-climbing....nor did it have anything to do with the day I busted the tailgate off the truck I was four-wheeling in with a malmute named Duke.....
Okay, the truth....someone I worked with sarcastically said "hey Marianne, what happens when you type in the word "kill" on Omegamon when I was on the job only 10 days or so? (Omegamon is a monitoring tool)....so before anyone could stop me...I typed in "K I L L" and pressed the enter key on the master console taking down a very large financial institution"s nationwide network for nearly 60 minutes. I am happy to say that because of me, IBM has built in some pretty complicated and comprehensive filters in both their mainframe and front-end processor equipment that didn't exist back in 1986 to prevent the sequence of events that occurred leading to the mainframe going into a tailspin and shutting down. When all systems were recovered and back online, management came into the network control center and asked "who was the idiot that took down the system".....the same individual who said hey Marianne.....replied to them, Marianne "Krash" ........
Thankfully I didnt get fired.....instead, it was the beginning of an absolute whirlwind career that God propelled me thru and to heights I never seen myself capable of achieving much less the privilege of becoming an anointed mentor to dozens of other men and women of all ages, walks of life and belief systems......
Back in 2002 and 2003 when first my dad and then my mom passed away, the Spirit of God began moving on me to write a book about my life's testimony.....from the time I was 14 years old where God saved me from the lake of fire to bring me back with a second chance to reach others for His Kingdom. What I didn't understand until the past 12 years was the anointing and the different gifts of the spirit God blessed me with during various different challenging situations He put me in and trials He put me thru after He mercifully gave me a 2nd chance at life...
Perhaps thru the anointing of this website that my precious "little" brother Nick led me to (and yes Nick, you will always be my little brother no matter how old you get or how tall or how big you grow.....LOL), I just may find the inspiration I need to complete this...I already have the title and numerous chapters in mind but the ending is still unfolding.....If your curious the title reflects a combination of 2 major seasons in my life the name of the book yet to be written is called: The Day I Cried Out "Oh Lord I'm Too Young To Die, I'm Only 14" and "The Day God Spoke Back To Me "I AM WITH YOU!!!" .......
