My Testimony: December 9, 2007 I rededicated my life to Christ. For many years I was lost, denied my need for Christ in my life. I felt church was full of hypocrites and didn't need to be part of it. But deep down I knew I was wrong and knew something was missing in my life. After many weeks of constant asking (nagging as I called it at first) friends of mine finally convinced me to visit their church. What a blessing!! My husband and I both felt like we were "HOME" never have I felt such love and sincere welcomes. When they did the invitational song "Learning to lean" I broke down and cried. I knew I needed to learn, needed Jesus Christ in my life to feel complete. Since the the day I asked for forgiveness and for Christ to be my savior my life has been so blessed. I've learned patience, to let go of the past and forgiveness. Forgiveness of wrongs that I have held a grudge for more then 30 years. I knew it wasn't intitially my fault so I let it go....all the while letting my bitterness and hurt feelings to stand in the way of happiness. I have since gone to those people and asked for forgiveness and have mended those broken fences. I feel so blessed and it just warms my heart knowing that I have Jesus Christ's forgiveness too.
Now my husband has dedicated his life and our son is attending church and I pray one day soon he will too.
What was a happy marriage and family has only gotten better since we have included our Lord and Savior!!
