- My name is James and I live in Houston. I have to say that God is truly amazing. I can see him working in my life everyday. He has blessed me so much. No matter how hard I fall or how hard my life is getting he never lets go. He carries me through anything. He doesn't allow us to go through hard times to be mean. He wants us to grow more mature in the spirit. He wants us to run to him and ask him for help. He wants us to put all our burdens and worries in his hands. He is an AWESOME GOD and will never leave you. Keep that in mind!!!

- Jan 25, 2008 GOD CHANGED MY LIFE!!!!!!!
it was Acquire the fire i went there with my church. acquire the fire is like a youth event or something i donno. but man God really changed my life there and im new person in Christ. i think of it like if u were at a an event like that from 8 in the morning to 11 at night u be changed to. well there was so much stuff that went on there but the last thing when the preacher Ron Luce spoke then the band came back out and ya know i was just praising God had my hands lifted high and then just fell to my knees and just started praying and next thing i know im just crying tears of joy and i had to other people praying over me. donno know how to describe what happen but i have a few ways to describe it.
1 think of those movies where some dude is rock climbing with his friend and the next thing he slips and falls. his friend grabs his hand will not let go and do the best he can to pull him back up. thats how i see God he will never let go of us he is always holding on to us and even when we fall he is still there.
2. it was like as if God just picked me up and gave me a great big bear hug and said u are loved my friend and will always be loved by me.
3 God just picked me and just flew me accross all the crap i was going through it was like i can see but im happy because God is my everything and i just need to stay focus on him. i know that might be a lame way to describe it but i like.
there so many ways to describe that day/night but it was truly the holy spirit that came into my heart.
now for some of u i know yer probably thinking i thought u were Christian since 15 and of course that is true but heres the thing. i been do this thing where im going back and forth i been all about God and then my own thing and then about God then about my own thing. well that day/night i made a goal to stay on this path and yess we all fall of course but if i fall let me get back up and work twice as hard.
now we all have hard times. lets not deny it we all do. before that night i didn't know really what to believe i heard the words but i couldn't give a straight answer if i was going to heaven or not and now i can. i got out of a bad relationship and things for awhile seem pretty hectic and there was allot of stuff going on. but its awesome how great our God is yah things can get crazy but God really has blessed me and i really feel like things are just getting better and better. God is there through those hard times and he just wants us to be able to goto him.
so things are looking great in my life God has really blessed me and i just thank him everyday and sing him praises. i been reading the word daily now something that i didn't really do at all and now God is just showing me these great things that happen in the bible its so awesome.
so here i am just following Christ and yah like i said may not be perfect who is but if i fall let me get back up and try harder. God always forgives us if we truly repent and confess our sins. like i said earlier i was never really sure if i would goto heaven or not and now i can stand up on my 2 feet and say im going to heaven so thank u jesus for letting me write this. i honestly believe that most of this was of god not me i didnt expect to take it this far but God just spoke through me and i thought i just say that.
as for anybody who read this i know God has a plan for everyone. God is everything he is real and he is so in love with u. i just pray that god will come into your hearts and just rain down his love on you.

sheild your self from sinful desires by blocking the communication of the evil one
first, in the name of the Lord Jesus, rebuke! secondly focus your attention on how God would desire your conduct be in his presence... know that he is often observing us!
this is why the book of revelations explains that every man's works shall be tested by the fire
and whosoever's name that shall not be found in the book of life will be cast out.
make certain thy deed's are of righteousness...
for the Lord's holy angels are recording the account's of your life regarding your works rather they be of righteousness or iniquity, deeds of light or of darkness!

sexual sin is something the whole world struggles with christian and non-christian alike! yes i said christians too because it remains as the hidden thing which God hates from the pulpit to the marriage bed.
our bodies are to serve many a glorius purpose and that is to glorify GOD!
in marriage to honor him, in being single by submitting your body as a holy sacrifice accetable unto the Lord, not to defile your flesh, by markings, tatoos, or piercings... also know that ye are the temple of the Lord!
so we are not to defile ourselves in any way sexual or depraved art work...
i know a lot of people have not researched these subjects and by way of ignorance followed the pressures of pop culture and their peer groups
but for us as christians we are following Christ and not false idols and things sacrificed to ddemons and not GOD.
that's a whole other subject that by the instruction of the Holy spirit i will post in a blog when God leads me.
