Hi LIBAW Family,This is a prayer request that is pretty close to home. I just found out that a long time friend of mine has lost her brother to a horrible crime. He was robbed, them shot execution style and then duct taped in a garbage bag just last month. they only just found out yesterday that it was him and the family is distraught. - I am a single mom to a sometimes frustrating 13 year old boy. I love to help people around me in whatever way I am able and enjoy spending time just relaxing and listening to praise and worship and singing to God.

- I was first touched by God when I was 19 and it was then that I decided to look for a home church to raise him in. I found that church when I was 23 and have been there ever since. I gave my heart to the Lord on Valentine's Day in 1999 and baptized in water in July of that year. I love the Lord with all my heart and strive to follow Him every day.
- Favorite Activities
- Singing praises to our King, being in fellowship with my christian friends and seeking God for his plan for my life.
- Favorite Music / Movies / Tv Shows / Books
- My favorite music is anything christian (eg Third Day, Jeremy Camp, Mercy Me). Favorite movies are romantic comedies. Favorite TV shows are cop shows.
- What would you say is your Spiritual gift?
- I have been blessed with many Spiritual Gifts. My most prominent ones are Helping Others and Serving Others. He has also gifted me with the gift of empathy.

Single Parent about to lose it.

Please everyone pray for me and my son. I'm about to seriously lose it with him. His attitude, lack of respect, lying and disobedience have reached their limits and I can't handle it anymore. Please if anyone has any direction they can give me, I would greatly appreciate it.

This is a topic that God has been speaking to me about a lot lately and I felt that I should bring it to all of you wonderful brothers and sisters of Christ. I went through a long period in my christian walk, where I was very critical, judgmental and negative. Since God has brought me out of the desert so speak, He has been really opening my eyes to the things and people around me. you see how it says when they are older?? you see when we are young we have a hard time obeying our parents! I was the same way, but my mom kept on teaching me, and now I really respect her and gods word. infact I came back to the lord on my own and not by her telling me because we all have authorty issues!! start by beleaving everything in god word because god word is truth and god cannot lie, so that verse is tru and will come to past in your life!!
