- Roderick Leak a.k.a DOLO PACINO serves as Chief Executive Officer of his record label, GARODRO RECORDS and his production company, 5th Avenue Productions. He began these companies in July of 2002, and since then has never looked back. In addition to his position as a music producer, DOLO is an accomplished Holy Hip Hop Artist who has won several “open-mic” contests and been featured on radio.

- Some of DOLO'S accomplishments include charting on several websites and in particular charting the number 10 downloaded song on now defunct mp3.com. He also won numerous awards on Garageband.com Best production & Track of the day to name a few. DOLO also released his single "Drop Bombs" on D.J. Tony T's Mixtape and, more recently, FLOSS-A-LOT on D.J. Marc X's New Mixtape. The single also created a huge buzz and DOLO was featured on several N.J. & N.C. radio stations such as "Foxy 99.1 FM" and "The Vibe 104.5 FM Mixshow."
DOLO has also won the M.C. Freestyle Battle on 104.5 FM and was featured in a live "Independent Spotlight" segment with Big Ray for 99.1 FM where he talked about his goals and his blossoming career. Also well educated and bi-lingual, DOLO earned his B.S. in Biology from Fayetteville State University and Masters of Education from National University.
Nevertheless, Many have reached out for his production expertise in television and film including films by Larry and Shira Dillon where he scored and acted in "Crystal". Next, DOLO is currently producing tracks for The GARODRO RECORDS Compilation Vol.1 with up and coming artists including label mate D’Ription and even though he has a hectic schedule he's always had time to reach out and support "at-risk" youth in the inner city of Los Angeles, Houston and Las Vegas.
D.J. Tony T of "Midnight Express" sums up DOLO'S drive and dedication best by saying, "DOLO is going to take the entertainment world by storm! He raps in English and in Spanish, produces all his own material, and is humble, respectful and positive. He has what it takes to make it happen!"

In the Bible, God tells us that he created us to have unending fellowship with him, peace with our fellow man, harmony and joy within our family relationships, and to have dominion over the world in which he placed us. But we chose to go another way.
We learn in the same Bible that we, through our forefathers, chose to live our lives for ourselves, rather than to have fellowship with God. This choice of selfishness lead to our earthly death, to no peace with our fellow man, to disharmony and sadness within our family relationships, and to a lack of proper care of the world in which he placed us. Because of this, our future changed to one of eternal separation from fellowship with God after death, completely without hope of joy or peace.
The Bible goes on to record how God provided the remedy for our chosen path of selfishness. He came to us in the form of his son Jesus Christ. This son lived a life of fellowship, peace, harmony, and joy in full fellowship with God. Though innocent of any wrongdoing, he voluntarily allowed himself to suffer and die as a guilty lawbreaker, and received upon himself the full penalty of our selfishness by death on a cross.
The wonderful conclusion recorded in the Bible is that this Jesus rose from the dead and returned to God. He is forever our representative before God. He enables us today to enjoy fellowship with God, peace with our fellow man, harmony and joy within our family relationships, and to exercise proper dominion over this world in which he has placed us. We need only to pray and ask him to come in and rule in our hearts and lives.
Simply talk to God and say, "Thank you, God, for loving me and sending your Son to die on the cross for the wrongs I have done. I now choose to make Jesus the Lord of my life. Help me to be the kind of person that You want me to be. In Jesus' Name, Amen."
