We recently had to put our beloved Marty to sleep and I am still not over it. Marty was a loyal and faithful friend for 17 years. He greeted me every evening when I came home from work and wanted to sleep by me while I read or watched TV. The house seems so empty without him. The Lord will comfort you. I have found that people who love animals are more loving people to be around.
He truely can.....I am living proof of that.....Thank you so much for taking the time to read my testimony, and would love for you to share it if the time came up....That is what it is there for....to glorify God and show what HE has done......God bless you both...Have a blessed weekend.
Hello and Welcome. I read your blog about your faithful friend and family member. I know the love of animals. I had a Rotty Named Tosha that I brought from Germany. She lived 13 years. She was a large part of my family. Now I have 4 dogs, two of which are ages 15 and 13 (Mother and Daughter Labs) The Mother can hardly get up in the winter and I have to bring her in from the cold.
She has always been there for me when I was in the valley. I forgot for awhile that God was also in that valley with me as well.
Losing any of them will devastate me. I will pray that God gives you comfort in you time of sorrow. LORD BE WITH YOU!
