No Secret Agents

Matthew 28:19-20 “Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them

in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost: Teaching

them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and, lo, I am

with you alway, even unto the end of the world. Amen.” (KJV) 

There are no secret agents in the army of the Lord.

For those who try to be one there will be no great reward.

Put on the Gospel armor and stand tall among the ranks.

If not derelict in duty you’ll receive from God His thanks.

Can we really keep it quiet that Christ died on Calvary?

For the greatest act of love was performed for you and me.

When He bore our guilt and shame all our sins were laid on Him.

And the crown of thorns He wore was His only diadem.

Can we be a secret agent when our Savior loved us so.

He commissioned us as soldiers to spread the Gospel as we go.

We’re to scatter seed for harvest letting God give the increase.

And in everything we do making Him the centerpiece.

Mark 8:38 “Whosoever therefore shall be ashamed of me and of my

words in this adulterous and sinful generation; of him also shall the

Son of man be ashamed, when he cometh in the glory of his Father

with the holy angels.”(KJV)
