This past Sunday message was about "Don't judge a book by it's cover" HE came from Zechariah 3:1-4. THE PAstor pointed out how the High priest had somethings going on in his life that allowed satan in to resist him, but the Lord had mercy on him any how. Which applies to us when we pretend to be o.k but inside we are being tormented by Satan or our sin,"filthy garments". we need to receive the Lords mercy and no longer be condemned. Nor should we judge someone guilty for hell because of the obvious issues that are in their life. Like God did with joshua we should look beyond the cover and read the pages and show mercy and love, for the purpose of redemption and restoration.

You couldn't have said it better. I must add that we indeed do not only judge others by the cover, we judge ourselves as well. If we didn't when God tells us to do a task we wouldn't hesistate or find faults within ourselves for why we shouldn't. I needed that realisation especially now so thanks alot.
