Project STL(Saving The Lou)

I was checking out the crime summary of the St. Louis Police Dept. what I found was staggering. Just from January to June 2009 total murders in the city 60, rape 116, robbery 1,350, armed robbery,925, aggravated assault 2,252, w/gun 1,233, burglary 2,993, auto theft 2,165, larceny 7,858, arson 125. That's not counting child abuse, drug sells and drug abuse. We have no statistics of heartache, homelessness, and depression. We didn't count suicides and abortions. Another non statistic is the crimes that goes unreported. We haven't mentioned the fear that have been generated and the victims of crime as well as the families of the victims. Though this seems bleak, "where sin abound grace abounds much more".
The Lord sent me back to St. Louis to join the people of God that have an ear to hear the call to....."Go quickly into the streets and lanes of the city, and bring the Poor (unemployed or unemployable) the maimed (those who have been wounded or beaten to the point of mutilation,disfigured by life's hardships) the halt (crippled, stunted, those whose potential has been hindered by circumstances beyond their control) the Blind those who are unable or sometimes unwilling to see)." Luke 14:21b We the people of God are the light of the world and the salt of the earth. We must pray to the Lord of the harvest for more laborers. Souls are crying out for help but may not know where the help is. That's why you (if you feel this tug at your spirit) and I must respond to bring them into the kingdom.
The vision the Lord gave me, is to think differently towards sinners. To see as He sees them "white ready for harvest"1John 4:35 Gang members, drug users, drug dealers, playas, and playa haters are not the real enemy, but captives of the enemy. Our job with our anointed selves is to set the captives free. Luke 4:17 We can do what we've got to do because greater is He that is in us than he that is in the world. I saw a great move in our personal ministry from June to August 128 souls saved with a limited amount of staff.
We have an awesome task ahead of us led by an awesome God who so love the world (St. Louis) that He gave Jesus. In the next few months we are asking pastors, evangelist, lay members, young, old, urban or suburban dwellers to join project STL(saving the Lou) as we pray, stratejize, work together and or through our individual churches to reach the Lou. We are planning indoor and out door out-reaches, we are going to schools in motivational sessions and reach the lost by any means necessary At this time we are open to do training on evangelism. We ask for your help in

finances, participation and places to go in the St. Louis area. This project is not limited to going where or when we go, but being unified in Spirit for our city.
