Wearing The Appropriate Attire
Many times we quickly get up and rush to dress ourselves only to run out the front door to head to our jobs or other destinations. Satan gets excited because he sees his plan sneak attack is now in motion, that night Satan was doing all he could to make sure that your sleep would be hard and good, so good that’s when God woke you up before the alarm went off to spend some alone time with him. Many times we find ourselves hitting the snooze button for a few more minutes of sleep. Just five more minutes we reply and then I will get up. I know we all have been there trying to squeeze a little more time, only to race at the last minute to rush out the door. Satan knows that when you spend quality time with the Father you begin to dress for success. It’s the enemy’s task to keep you weak and vulnerable at all times so he can control your life. The lest time we spend with God put us at a disadvantage and we will find our self defeated each time the battle is started. That’s why the enemy always fined a way to keep us busy in the affairs of this life. If we are too tired to focus on God, then our Armour against the enemy will not stand up against the attack. We determine our success in God by how we do those things that are pleasing in His sight.
Ephesians 6:11-17;
11. "Put on the whole Armour of God, that you may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil."
Don’t wait until after you leave the house to dress for battle, begin each morning planning some alone time with God before the alarm goes off. Spoil the enemy’s sneak attack and go forth in victory each day. Remember, to spend quality time in prayer with the Father, meditate on a passage of Scripture and speak victory over your life and rejoice. Preparing yourself now will allow you to stand strong regardless of the test that lies ahead. Remember beloveth, be ready at all times because you never know when the enemy is planning to mess with you good day.
God bless you and stay encourage, I believe that we are on this journey to succeed. You may have tried before but I pray that through this encouragement you will begin to grow in the knowledge and power of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. I ask for your patients and willingness to learn and put the Word into action for your life. God has great things for your life and the enemy wants to make sure that you never realize your calling. Think about it for a minute, look at all the things that you are going through, your struggles, disappointments, failures and confusions. These are just tools the devil use to keep you busy stressing out so you can’t see or hear from God in the mist of your situations. But that’s ok, this to will past, we are going to learn how to conquer in the mist of everything we are facing. Just get ready for the battle, because your freedom will come with a price (learning to bring your flesh under control in order to hear form God). Those strongholds and undesirable urges will loose its grip or control over your life Praise be to the Lamb of God that has given us the victory to overcome. God bless and have a great day!! Dear Sister, God Bless you for receiving with an open heart and mind. My husband always ask where I come up with the titles I get for delivering a message. I can only say Jesus. He tells me to get their attention, then let them know. I too needed to be reminded of this message this morning and fought it a little. But the Lord was lovingly firm with me and I submitted. The end results is what you read and I feel stronger for obeying. Dear sister, your gift of compassion, need protecting too . It's hard when you have a lot to do, but it only take 5 - 7 min of time for the Lord. He truly understands. just address Him first when you wake up and He'll be with you all day. (p.s.) I would never tell someone to stop wearing something I wear Too! (lol)

THIS IS REALLY SOMETHING I NEED TO WORK ON BECAUSE BEING A MOM I SLEEP TIL THE ALARM GOES OFF AND THERE I GO GETTING MY SON OFF TO SCHOOL AND AS SOON AS HE LEAVES IT TIME TO GET MY GIRLS UP AND OFF TO SCHOOL...AND THEN ALL ABOUT THE SAME TIME IM GETTING MYSELF OFF TO CLASS MYSELF AND IT SO EASY FOR ME TO SAY THANK YOU FOR WAKING ME UP AND LEAD ME IN YOUR WAY TODAY JESUS ....AND JUST GO OUT STRAIGHT IN TO THE WORLD ...and this is something that i really been trying to do for a while now my pastor tells us to set the clock about 30 min ahead just to prepare ourselves for the day the Lord has in store for us..and by you posting this it is Jesus bringing back to remembrance what i said i was going to do for Him....so thank you sisiter

You know, I'm a stay at home mom and I probably have more time than most to spend with God. But I don't. It always seems that I find something else, "more important" to do. I'm ashamed of that as well. Recently I've allowed a dark cloud to drift through my house. I know what that cloud is too. And I think it's time I start waking up and dressing for the battle. Thank you for this reminder. <3

I loved it. A lady at my church preached about the one time at our women's conference. It was entitled "God's Rest". She spoke of how when we do not talk with the LORD and truly fellowship with him that it allows destruction to enter into your life. I believe that is what happen to me when i was first saved, I did not truly fellowship with him and allow him to enter into my life...and yeah the devil was loving it when i was dont acknowledging GOD. And to be honest he is loving the fact that I do not read my bible like i should because he knows that once that word gets into me it is over for him :)

but lately i make sure that GOD is my first thought in the morning,,,and i praise him for keeping me through the night, because thats when the devil tries to get us-in the dark when are not fellowshipping GOD

Dear Tamar, don't beat yourself up on this one. It's just one of Satan's little tricks, he uses to keep us off guard. Some days I too find something more pressing than time with the Lord. Whether your a stay at home mom or professional, there is always some distractions that can present itself. You are in my prayers for strength and endurance. Being a full time mom can be tiring and stressful. This I know, I've raised 6 and now I have 3 of my grandchildren I'm raising. They are a blessing, but good Lord I pray all the time. Sometimes I feel the Lord uses them to keep me humble and in step with His word. Stay strong my sister.

Dear Brittany, God Bless you sister. All it takes is a moment with the Lord to assure your protected. We know not what the day brings. So it behoves us to be fully protected. I'm glad you are making God the first thing when you wake. My prayers is for all Gods; children to meet with Him upon waking. It makes for a stronger force against evil. Thank you for your input. Thank you, this is one of the things I practice faithfuly. It only takes a crack for satan to take hold. It's downhill from there for me, if I don't keep prayed up Love & Hugs = -)
