How would you feel, and what would you do, if vandals came to your place of worship, and turned every cross upside-down? Nothing was taken, and there was no damage, except, all the crucifixes were inverted upside-down. Even the ones on the outside!. How would you feel, and why would you feel that way?

To be quite honest with you, my first inial reaction would be hurt feeling. I would have to forgive the person involved in doing it, whether I knew who that person or persons were. I would ask for God to forgive them too. I would bless my house of worship and sanctuary, and the grounds it is located on. I would call a prayer meeting. My thought would be that it is a prank that maybe young kids were probably playing. I would definitely keep my guard up. i would take pictures for evidence, in case it were to happen again.
LOVE , THOSE WHO ARE ACTING ARE THE ONES WHO NEEDS ATTENTION. negitive attention is better than no attention. Jesus reached out to those who the world said was un loveable and set them free.Actions need consequences!!! Just remember they need truth of love and now you are in a place to give it to them. We are to love weather they want it or not.

My daddy told me a story about when he was a teenager. His daddy left him when he was a baby, when he got old enough to drive he hit a fence (of a christian mans) surronding a pasture. The man was stern but loveing. He man daddy take responsiblility by building the fence back himself and then the man helped my daddy get a job. This was the first time anyone made my dadddy take responsiblity for his actions and years later this very man led my daddy to Jesus. If you show kindness and love you can reach anyone. My dadddy went on to raise 4 children ,2 of which was not his. Talking about responsiblity it all started with a broken fence!!! The 2 that was his was to a widow of the age of 18. When you show love love is learned and it spreads.
Sounds like Satan worshipers. I would be very upset and confused.
personally my feelings on crucifixes and anything that spectates Jesus becomes an idol as many put these idols on display and become more important to them then what they represent. In the church I go to we never had any crosses or even pics of Jesus for first of all He is not on the cross anymore and who really knows what Jesus looked like to actually have painted His portrait! In all reality we closed the doors to our church as people just quit giving and coming and we now have home Bible studies with our pastor leading us and everyone gets to have input. Where does it say in the Bible that church is four walls anyway. Church is the body of believers gathered together in His name with Jesus in the midst of them.
Well, I guess it would just mean that we'd have to turn them back, right side up... But there would be no need to get angry. The thing we have to keep in mind is that if someone were to do something like that, it's not something personal. They don't know the individuals that they are attempting to offend, that's just the enemy against Christ. So, we'd turn them back, and definitely pray for the individuals that did it.
What do/would the upside-down crosses mean to you, Brother Rubin?
