AMEN. NICELY PUT!!! LOVE IT!
Ms Rachelle nailed it on the head, it does not matter who we voted for we just need to pray. My pastors who where not really in favor of Obama, start a praying website for him. called 60 days to pray...and thats all we want. We should speak well of him and pray that he is an awesome man of GOD who take direction from GOD to led this country...thats all we really need is HIM leading this country and we should just pray that Obama lets GOD use him
Luv and Blessings
I totally agree with you Brittany and Rachelle. It's also important to remember that God has ordained all those appointed to leadership. We may not understand it and we may not like it, but God has allowed President Obama to become our elected leader. There is a greater purpose behind it, and the best thing? God is in control, not Obama.
true!
All I can say is pray, pray a lot, pray all the time, and then pray some more. I know evil when I see it and it is getting more of a foothold every day. Now more than ever we need to pray for the officials and un-officials of the world. Always remember God is in control even when it seems as though He is not.
I am very excited about Obama being our president I look forward to the things that he is about to do for our nation. I love him for the main reason of him being a very christian based man almost everything he does he puts God first and i haven't seen too many (if any) presidents do that. I don't know what our future holds but I will continue to pray for him and his beautiful family as well as our nation

-God Bless
Have you looked at his policies?? Have you actually educated yourself on Obama?? "VERY Christian Based MAN" those are your words, yet this is a man that voted for late term abortions and no saving efforts if the baby is born alive. He voted to protect the abortion doctor and the "mother" rather then make efforts to save the baby? That is not a man based in Christ.
Yes I have educated myself on Obama and i'm not saying everything he believes in is right by no means but at the same time we can't just judge this man on what we hear and at the end of the day no matter anyone's opinion of what his religion is or not God still chose him to be the leader od our country so instead of us judging him and trying to determine what religion he is and believe in we all should take the time to pray for him & try to keep his spirits high!
~Thanx & God Bless you~
I don't judge the man on what I hear, I have looked at his policies, looked at his voting record and listened to HIS words. I don't believe God choose Obama, God ALLOWED Obama to be elected, WE begged for him. God allowed our choice and we will reap what we sow. We can not honestly believe that we can elect a man with his record, HIS words, his policies, his anti American, and Anti God stance and not suffer for it. He bows to Muslim leaders & will sit with a man that hates Israel and wants the unconditional distruction of Israel, and Obama will sit with him without preconditions. We can not believe that we can elect a man like this and not see serious consequences.. Which I believe could be God's will.. How else will we see the error of our ways without reaping what we look for...

We elect a man that has no regard for unborn, no regard for parents rights, no regard for God and we expect GOOD change?? Change we will get, but good it won't be.. And I am fine with that... how else will we understand what is right? The change we need is not the kind of change he supposedly promised.

I will not pray to keep Obama's spirits HIGH.. I will pray that God convicts his spirit, that he is weighed down by his decisions and feels the need to change. I will not pray for encouragement for Obama but I will pray for a change of heart. That he actually SEEKS what God wants for this country. But I do not believe that he has a willing heart, that is another thing to pray for.

I pray that this country can see how far we have pulled away from God and the path of God. That we see that political correctness and "live and let live" attitudes are corrupting and killing this country.. Christians have a hard time seeing what is right.

Clearly that is true, if a Christian can bury a clear sign that this man is NOT the kind of leader we as Christians should vote for.. If Christians can say "well I don't believe everything he does" and vote for him anyway, we clearly need direction, we have lost our selves. Christians SHOULD be black and white. We should be about what is right and wrong. I will never understand how a christian can clearly KNOW it isn't right yet vote for someone anyway. How do you look at a man that CLEARLY does something that is hateful against God and say that isn't important? That is exactly what we do when we overlook SOME aspects of a man to fall for his words and promises because it FEELS good.

After all God ALLOWED Hitler to be in power... maybe to learn from it... clearly we have yet to learn.

It is our duty as Christians to decern.... we don't have the luxury of "well that is what they think is right" we are suppose to lead. How do we lead when we vote for a leader that is not leading in the right path??

I am not a one issue voter.. Abortion is not the one issue that decides how I vote, BUT you can't look at a man and see that unborn children are garbage to him and think that he can be a good leader in other ways. It goes beyond early term abortion or right to choice, it is unborn, born and late term abortion.

We are fooled by promises and pretty words, by the IDEA that we can elect a black man and all will be good. We were romanced into believing that this change and hope is the way to go...

I believe God allowed us this leader because we need to see the bad in it. We are like children that don't believe our parents when they tell us the stove is hot, we must touch it and get burned.
amen!
I agree.
Yes, I can believe it. America wanted a king and now she has one. Sounds familiar doesn't it? He is handsome and has all the right words..... he can wrap you around his little finger with his eloquent speech....... he can even make the people believe coal can be clean! Go figure! I'm just waiting to see what God will do! Obama is certainly not our hope -- Jesus Christ is!!!!
