A Question on Revelation
We read the "Book of Revelation" we come to the area that John writes the letters to the "Churches".
Now there were 7 physical churches ( congregations would be the proper term) and those that do deeper studies will know that there are 7 spiritual conditions and ( or) 7 church dispensations.
Later on we stumble in John's vision on the judgement .. there are 7 Seals , 7 Trumpets , and 7 bowls ( 7x3=21) and then the happily ever after .. roll credits .. which adds to 22 ..
( and your point is ??)
Wel that there is a physical 22 chapters in the book of Revelation. so that being true .. can these be broken down as well into 22 different and imediate and personal judgements.. and or 22 spiritual judgements. ?
( it is questions like this one that drive my Rabbis nuts ) lol

Can a Theory Hold Out?
The more I thought about what I was viewing, the more I became convinced. I admit my own skepticism, but knowing of several concepts that have been blatantly over looked among my dear fellow scholars, I began to wonder. But to prove this I realized I would require detailed notes on how this “dream” bore its fruit.
So now I set the stage :
First we have the seven churches.
Ephesus Smyrna Pergamum
Thyatira Sardis Philadelphia
Laodacia
Now we know these were seven physical church or more correct congregations ( gatherings) . As we study, we are introduced to a concept by our teachers of seven church dispensations or eras . But later I discovered that I could given enough time place each modern congregation of denomination or non denomination in one of those seven “schools”. But later on as I found I could individualize persons to each category (example finding a person of Laodecian practices among a Philadelphian congregation.), that I became aware of the personal nature as well in the blessing and condemnation.
It would be this seed that blossomed my curiosity. Could the same methods of interpretation be applied to the “judgments” of God ?

Why ?
We turn now briefly to the “wrath” as documented beginning in Revelation Chapter 6. We read of the Seven Seals, followed by the Seven Trumpets, followed again by Seven Bowls.
7 x 3 = 21
But .,…… Revelation does not stop there it continues all the way to where John sees the “New Jerusalem” in Chapter 22. , so the thought occurred to me there is 21 bad boy judgments, and one good boy ( as a well done is still a judgment is it not?) So now the formula became:
7 x 3 + 1 = 22 !!!
Twenty two physical chapters and now 22 physical judgments… is that a Coinkydink or what? Almost immediately my mind jumps to the seven physical churches, and the memory of the seven spiritual conditions, and I realize that the rules of interpretation had been abandoned which would result in us only seeing 1/3 the picture.
But can this theory hold ? I begin my notes …

okay, so what am i supposed to do with this? personal and spiritual judgments? what does that mean? since the chapters were numbered well after by translators i don't think the numerology co-relates.

Jason , no matter what happens in life we beleive there is always a reason. Even though I know the numbering took place after, if it happened it happened for a reason, and hence there is something to be learned.
That being said, we also fully believe in a persons right to not believe as we do, or accept our findings, thoughts, or revelations. As again I teach my students that God is a God of choices.
The fact remains that the numbering of the churches and blessings and curses does exist. As they do in the original "crossing over" that took place at Jordon.

Okay so 7x3 is 21, not 22 where does this imaginary 1 come from? "happily ever after...roll credits.. adds to 22" Hows does this make 7x3=22?

okay so 3x7 still equals 21, whether ur prideful or not. Good thing. Daniels theory is crazy and its no wonder he drives his rabbi's nuts with questions such a these.No sarcasm here just calling a spade a spade. Don't worry about my heart brother I'm sure u have enough to to focus on with your own,but thanks for your concern.
